This was my first online course so I didn’t know what to expect. My tutor should be commended for reaching out and letting me know she was available to help or assist in any way. My emails were replied to in a prompt and pleasant manner. I was advised that it could take between 7-14 days to mark my assessment, but I received my result within 4 days so I was super impressed and surprised. I would highly recommend your institution for anyone who is looking to study a course, given the flexibility and friendly service provided.
