It was truly an amazing experience. Even though I faced some personal challenges along the way, my tutors were incredibly supportive and understanding. They gave me the space and time I needed, while consistently offering encouragement, sometimes through daily check-ins, which I deeply appreciated. The course itself was an eye-opening journey for me. It provided an in-depth understanding of the tasks that take place behind the scenes within my team, and it also strengthened my appreciation for the administrators across the organisation. The topics I learned were extremely valuable, and I have already been able to apply some of this knowledge in practice, which has been very rewarding. Thank you!!
