It gave me a good experience of completing an online course and I gained knowledge in the hospitality industry which I can use to further my career. I liked the learning resources; it was easy to understand the course material. I enjoyed learning about the industry and the policies and procedures pertaining to the role. I would like to complete another course in the near future.
