The fact that the course was self-paced was helpful for me as I had to juggle working and family responsibilities and I could readjust commitments as needed. The tutors were responsive to any questions I had – in fact I was surprised at how fast they replied to me. The content of the course was relevant and interesting. I have recommended this course to my organisation and I believe 2 colleagues are interested in registering.
