I had a trouble at first receiving emails due to our fire wall, each time I called I received help immediately. Due to family and work commitments I was able to receive extensions which was amazing so I could complete the assignments to the best of my ability. Everything was easy to access, and instructions were clear. I have thoroughly enjoyed my study.
