The modules were well designed, covering a good range of relevant topics and I was offered assistance a number of times by the tutors, should I require it. Also being offered an extension when work commitments had to take priority. One of the aspects of the course that was most helpful, was being able to apply what I had learned to a real-world scenarios and be confident that my organisation is compliant with industrial and workplace legislation. Overall, the online course was a positive experience that exceeded my expectations.
