I had an excellent time studying the Certificate of Neurodiversity, it was interesting, covered the basics and had a great focus on workplace and education.
I loved the positive narrative in the course content and the focus on the “strength-based” approach. I will be able to apply this well at my current workplace, and I am excited to see positive change coming from my learning.
I enjoyed the assignments and how thorough they were, requiring us to apply deeper research in the different areas. I also liked how the assignments were structured, allowing us to re-use some content to apply in workplace policies for example.
