3. Enrolment and Fees
Course fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are subject to change at any time prior to enrolment.
Enrolment is confirmed once LMS login credentials are issued. Each enrolment grants access to one (1) Student only and may not be transferred to another person.

Special offer codes or discount coupons must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Payment Plans
Australian Online Courses may offer payment plans at its discretion to assist students in spreading the cost of their course fees. Payment plans are available to Australian residents only. Certificate issued upon course completion and full payment. Not available for printed materials.
By entering into a payment plan, the student agrees to the following:
- A deposit must be paid before course access is granted. The deposit amount varies depending on the course fee.
- Students must complete a digital direct debit request authorising Australian Online Courses to process the remaining balance through automatic weekly payments.
- Weekly payments will continue according to the agreed schedule until the course fee is paid in full.
- Course access will only be activated once the deposit has been received and the direct debit agreement completed.
- If a scheduled payment fails, Australian Online Courses may contact the student to arrange an alternative payment date and may suspend course access if payments are missed or repeatedly declined.
- If payments become overdue or the direct debit arrangement is cancelled, course access may be suspended until payments are brought up to date.
- Students may continue studying while making payments; however, Certificates of Attainment and Statements of Results are issued only after the course fee has been paid in full.
- Cancelling a payment plan, withdrawing from a course or disputing the payment does not remove the obligation to pay the outstanding course balance unless agreed in writing by Australian Online Courses.
- Students are responsible for ensuring their payment details remain valid and must notify Australian Online Courses if their payment method changes.
- Payment plans are subject to approval and may be approved or declined at the discretion of Australian Online Courses.
