Studying this course has been a rewarding experience. While the content was detailed and covered a lot of ground, it was easy to read and made sense. I found the material reflected many of my own experiences in support work and volunteering, which helped me engage with it on a deeper level. The topics gave me a clearer understanding of how community services work and how to support people in practical, respectful ways. It also reminded me that the skills I’ve already been using are valuable—and gave me new tools to build on them.
