I am pleased to have completed the 3 units of the Social Housing Certificate with the Australian Online Courses. The topics are all relevant, and the assessment questions were thought-provoking. There was a balance of resource-based questions and personal research, which I can complete at my own pace. I was able to visualise myself in real situations where I am confronted by complex and confronting cases and clients. I can’t wait to apply my learning in an actual housing role within an organisation that focuses on addressing the issue of homelessness and the broader housing crisis. I will highly recommend this to colleagues and family members.
